That's why when we set out with a 'blank canvas' to start our new agency in April 2006 we promised ourselves that we would offer the public something different. We put ourselves in your shoes and made a list of all the benefits we would want from a real estate service if we were buying, renting or selling real estate. We then chose a business model that would allow us to do what we say we're going to do.

The result is our exciting new boutique agency that seeks to deliver a level of service unparalleled by the traditional real estate office.

To us 'boutique' doesn't mean small and tired, it means service, focused, driven and results... great results!

Paul McDonald, Nicole Barrow and Sheryl Upton have built an unparalleled reputation for outstanding service and results over many years working with Neil G Anderson.  Simon Cookson joined the Company in May 2007 after leaving a career spanning 20 years at Brad Teal Real Estate.  Simon brings his management skills, marketing skills, good reputation and wealth of experience to Paul McDonald Real Estate.  Clare Cattapan, Judy Smith, Vanessa Carey and Angela Clark have all worked with us before and understand what it means to us to do the best we possibly can. Together we are passionate about providing a service that never rests on its laurels.
