Established since April 2006, Paul McDonald Real Estate and Sheryl Upton Property opened the doors to offer clients something different.  After spending many years together at Anderson Real Estate, Paul McDonald, Sheryl Upton and Nicole Barrow joined forces and opened the doors to their Boutique Offices located at 1112 Mt Alexander Road, Essendon.

To us “Boutique” does not mean small, it means personalised service, focused, driven and results……great results.

Paul McDonald and Nicole Barrow have built an unparallelled reputation for outstanding service and results over the many years working together as a team at Anderson Real Estate.  Simon Cookson joined the company in May 2007 after leaving a career spanning 20 years at another leading local real estate agency. Simon brings his management skills, marketing skills, good reputation and wealth of experience to our company. Brian Gunn recently joined the team after working with Paul, Sheryl and Nicole at Anderson Real Estate for many years. Brian spent 3 years in Tasmania managing real estate offices for a public company, Roberts Real Estate, Tasmania and has now re-located back to Melbourne. We welcome Brian back into sales and our clients will benefit from his cheery disposition and wealth of experience.
