Liz Kwiatkowski is the office manager at Paul McDonald and Sheryl Upton Property.
Since taking on the challenging role Liz now incorporates customer service and marketing into her busy day to day role.
Coming from a strong customer service back ground and previously a role as a PA/Event co-ordinator Liz is well organized and has become accustomed to the daily running of a real estate office.
Liz is always thinking outside the square as every situation is different to the last. Liz's strengths are her can do attitude, her listening skills and having a real understanding of people and what they would like to achieve.
Absolutely dedicated to the team at Paul McDonald Real Estate and Sheryl Upton Property, Liz is a warm, people oriented person with a passion for helping people and seeing them make their move as stress free as possible. In Liz's words "I've always had an interest in homes and a keen eye, so I really enjoying showing people homes and having a chat about what they require, I like the idea that a house is a new beginning and an exciting adventure, with so many possibilities ahead".
Having lived locally all her life Liz appreciates why people would love to live in the City of Moonee Valley and everything that it has to offer from schools, transport, parkland, city and airport access and a great range of local shopping and restaurants.
