From the get go, I was told by my boss that "I wont find a more honest real estate agent than Paul McDonald" and my boss is a man that has the highest standards, in fact at times quite impossible. He was right Paul is not your stereotypical real estate agent and his manner filters through to his team. I found my experience quite painless which helped ease the stress of selling and buying, There is really a lot I can say about my experience with Paul McDonald Real Estate.
I was never pushed into doing things I didn’t want to do e.g. I didn’t want to re-stump, paint and lots of other things that would probably help to sell my house, I really didn’t want to renovate which is why I wanted to sell, let someone else do it. I appreciated not having pressure put on me. I realized it would be a tough job to sell as is but we did and I was happy with the result even though it wasn’t the best mar-ket to sell in.
All my dealings whether it be by phone or if I called in, I was greeting with the friendliest and most helpful team. I felt like I was dealing with friends not a business. Also being invited to the movies weeks after the sale and purchase shows good "after sales" service.
